Introduced cvar mani_hint_sounds to allow disabling of "swish" sounds when information is printed to the hint bubble in Orange Box games. Previous changes from 1.2U to 1.2V: Fixed autocreate VDF from adding "_i486" on Windows version to reenable the plugin_load console installation method on Linux as well as on Windows servers
